Notice Regarding Covid-19

Due to the spread and impact of Covid-19 we have made changes to the way we conduct our business so that we can ensure that our clients can safely access legal services.

We understand that the social distancing measures implemented by the State and Federal Government have impacted the way in which we interact with our clients and other members of the community.

The health and safety of our clients and our staff is our number one priority. This has meant that we need to implement some changes on how we interact and communicate with you.

This will mean that at this time we will communicate with you via technology rather than face to face meetings unless those meeting are absolutely required. We are implementing video conferencing facilities through the Zoom platform and will be conducting most of our general business via telephone and email.

In the case of absolute necessity, we can still conduct face to face appointments, but only where:

  • No-one that is considered to be at a higher level of risk can participate in meetings; and
  • All social distancing requirements, and health authority recommendations are implemented and strictly complied with.

These are a temporary measure that we have put in place due to the impact so Covid-19. We will keep you updated as information becomes available to us and notify you of any changes to this policy.

As has been stressed by our Government and medical authorities we all have a role to play in ensuring that we limit the spread of Covid-19.

We are committed to working together with you to get through this crisis, and we appreciate your understanding and support in these troubled times.

For those attending at the office you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire which will allow us to assess potential risk.

We have provided hand sanitiser and ask that you ensure that you use it upon entering the office. We also request that you comply with social distancing and remain at a minimum 1.5 metres from our staff. If you do not agree to these conditions then we would ask that you do not enter the office at this time and instead call us on (02) 66866899 and make alternative arrangements.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
